There are countless LACANCHE cooker models. To get an overview of all the possibilities, we recommend a consultation in our showroom in Zurich. We have various models between 70 and 220 cm wide on display.
After the consultation, we prepare a non-binding offer with a delivery deadline.
The offer can be confirmed by telephone or email.
When ordering a LACANCHE cooker, a deposit of 50% is payable. The invoice on account will be issued together with the order confirmation.
After the order confirmation, you will receive all the documents for planning and connections. We will be happy to advise you on the planning or contact the kitchen builder directly.
As soon as we are informed by the factory that the cooker will soon be ready, we will inform you and set a delivery date.
The costs for delivery are specified in the quotation. These vary depending on the scope of delivery (size of cooker, with or without extractor bonnet) and place of delivery. The transport costs include delivery ex works (France) to the delivery address. Delivery is on pallets, free kerbside. All customs and import costs are covered.
Please note that additional costs may be incurred for the placement of the cooker. Positioning means that the cooker has to be moved from the kerb into the kitchen and requires 2-3 men. This is normally done by the kitchen builder or organised by the architect or site manager on site. This is the most cost-effective solution.
Installation is not included in the price and is not carried out by us. This must be carried out by a specialist. An electrician is required to connect the appliance to the mains. Depending on the model, a gas specialist is also required and a plumber is needed for water connections (only for steamers and bain-marie). Installation instructions are sent to the installer by email before delivery. No special knowledge is required for installation.
As the official representative of LACANCHE for Switzerland, we guarantee service and spare parts for all appliances purchased from us. We have a network of competent service companies that carry out repairs and services. We keep all standard spare parts in stock, specific spare parts must be ordered from the factory.
LACANCHE appliances from abroad will not be serviced and no spare parts can be obtained from us.
We grant a 24-month guarantee on LACANCHE products from the date of delivery from the factory. Damage caused by improper installation or during installation/placement of the appliance is not covered by the warranty. The warranty is limited to the free replacement of parts that are recognised as defective by us or LACANCHE. The warranty is limited to Switzerland only. If the appliance leaves the country, the guarantee automatically expires (as determined by LACANCHE).
We have all LACANCHE appliances manufactured specifically for the Swiss market and its requirements. For this reason, we sell appliances exclusively within Switzerland. Our appliances are tested by the Swiss SVGW and we are happy to provide SVGW certificates upon order confirmation.
