There are countless LACANCHE cooker models. To get an overview of all the possibilities, we recommend a consultation in our showroom in Zurich. We have various models between 70 and 220 cm wide on display.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Down payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When ordering a LACANCHE cooker, a deposit of 50% is payable. The invoice on account will be issued together with the order confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Planning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

After the order confirmation, you will receive all the documents for planning and connections. We will be happy to advise you on the planning or contact the kitchen builder directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notification and delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As soon as we are informed by the factory that the cooker will soon be ready, we will inform you and set a delivery date.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The costs for delivery are specified in the quotation. These vary depending on the scope of delivery (size of cooker, with or without extractor bonnet) and place of delivery. The transport costs include delivery ex works (France) to the delivery address. Delivery is on pallets, free kerbside. All customs and import costs are covered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that additional costs may be incurred for the placement of the cooker. Positioning means that the cooker has to be moved from the kerb into the kitchen and requires 2-3 men. This is normally done by the kitchen builder or organised by the architect or site manager on site. This is the most cost-effective solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Installation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Installation is not included in the price and is not carried out by us. This must be carried out by a specialist. An electrician is required to connect the appliance to the mains. Depending on the model, a gas specialist is also required and a plumber is needed for water connections (only for steamers and bain-marie). Installation instructions are sent to the installer by email before delivery. No special knowledge is required for installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Service<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As the official representative of LACANCHE for Switzerland, we guarantee service and spare parts for all appliances purchased from us. We have a network of competent service companies that carry out repairs and services. We keep all standard spare parts in stock, specific spare parts must be ordered from the factory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LACANCHE appliances from abroad will not be serviced and no spare parts can be obtained from us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guarantee<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Wir gew\u00e4hren auf die LACANCHE Produkte 24 Monate Garantie ab Auslieferungsdatum vom Werk. Sch\u00e4den, die durch unsachgem\u00e4sse Installation oder w\u00e4hrend der Installation\/Platzierung des Ger\u00e4tes entstehen, sind nicht durch die Garantie abgedeckt. Die Garantie beschr\u00e4nkt sich auf den kostenlosen Ersatz von Teilen, die von uns bzw. LACANCHE als defekt anerkannt werden. Die Garantie beschr\u00e4nkt sich nur auf die Schweiz. (Bestimmung von LACANCHE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zertifikation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Wir lassen alle LACANCHE Ger\u00e4te f\u00fcr den Schweizer Markt und dessen Anforderungen spezifisch herstellen. Aus diesem Grund verkaufen wir Ger\u00e4te ausschliesslich innerhalb der Schweiz. Sollte das Ger\u00e4t die Landesgrenzen verlassen, verf\u00e4llt automatisch die Garantie seitens LACANCHE. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
