Since 1796<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The history of LACANCHE goes back to the 18th century. The classic cookers were manufactured in the village of the same name in Burgundy. Due to its large iron deposits, Burgundy was already known in those days for its cast iron production centre.

To this day, the factory where the renowned range cookers are manufactured and assembled is still in the same historic buildings as back then.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Every LACANCHE cooker is assembled by hand with care and precision. A craft that is rarely found in Europe today.

From classic to modern<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Traditional gas hobs, the still-appreciated Ceran glass-ceramic, and modern induction hobs \u2013 LACANCHE combines gas and electric in its own timeless way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is for example possible to configure a LACANCHE cooker with a gas hob, additional induction zones, and an electric oven.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Bespoke<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Each LACANCHE is made to order. The modular design of the freestanding range cookers offers countless configuration possibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 70 cm to 220 cm wide cookers offer a suitable solution for every project. The height of each LACANCHE can also be customised on request.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Hob extensions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On models from 110 cm width, the hob can be supplemented with countless additions. The brilliant hob options allow the preparation of complex dishes, as in restaurants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enamel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

One of the defining features of LACANCHE range cookers is the lightfast enamel finish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Available in 24 different colours. Enamel is a natural material, applied to the front panels and fired at 850\u202f\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It absorbs and reflects light, which creates a subtle gloss and an impressive sense of depth.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The handles, drawer knobs and rail end caps are made from cast or stamped brass components and then polished by hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
