Induction hob

Induction hobs use electromagnetic induction to generate heat directly in the cookware. The ferromagnetic base of the cookware is influenced by a magnetic field, which leads to rapid heating.

The advantages lie in the efficiency: induction hobs heat up quickly, offer precise temperature control and are more energy efficient compared to conventional hobs. Concentrated heating in the cookware saves time and minimises energy loss.

Safety aspects are also relevant. As the hob itself does not get hot, the risk of burns is reduced. Automatic switch-off functions when no cookware is detected contribute to safety and energy savings.
