This enamelled cast iron plate is placed on the grid over two high-power burners and is ideal for fish, eggs and meat kebabs, among other things. By adjusting the two burners to different settings, the heat on the large work surface can be graduated and controlled. It has a drip tray at the front for oil, meat juices etc.
